On July 17, 2019, at about 4:15 PM, the suspect pictured above, was involved in a verbal disturbance with the victim at Quik Trip, located at 4767 S. R. L. Thornton Fwy. The suspect left the store and waited outside. The victim exited the store and as he approached his vehicle, he was confronted by the suspect. The suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim. The suspect then fled the location on foot. The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 18 – 25, tall and thin build, wearing a black t-shirt with a white design, a white band on his right wrist, and shorts with reflective material on the side.
