On Monday, July 29, 2019, at approximately 11:26 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the Hotel ZaZa located at 2332 Leonard Street.  Upon arrival, security personnel directed the officers to a room on the 2nd floor where they found the victim Jacqueline-Rose Nicholas, 32-year old Asian female, inside with an apparent gunshot wound.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.  Suspect Peter Noble Nicholas, III, a 30-year old Asian male, was transported to Baylor Hospital where he remains in custody.  

During the course of the investigation, Homicide detectives determined that he was responsible for the murder of his wife, Jacqueline-Rose Nicholas.  Homicide detectives have obtained an arrest warrant and suspect Peter Noble Nicholas III has been formally charged with murder.
