Homicide Investigation of Sara Hudson

On August 21, 2019, Dallas Police arrested Glen Richter, a 49-year-old white male, for the murder of Sara Hudson that occurred on August 19, 2019. Richter was transported to Dallas Police Headquarters, where he was interviewed by a detective. Glen Richter was booked into Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with capital murder. His bond will be decided by a Dallas County magistrate.

On Monday, August 19, 2019, at approximately 7:35 p.m., Dallas police responded to a PD Requested by Fire call at 5600 Alta Avenue.  After extinguishing a vehicle on fire, Dallas Fire-Rescue found the victim, Sara Elizabeth Hudson, a 22-year old White female, deceased from homicidal violence.
