On September 3, 2019 at about 2:00 p.m., Mr. Enrique Fernando Robles Silva was last seen on foot in the 3400 block of Clarendon Drive. He may be confused and require assistance.

Mr. SIlva is described an 66-year-old Black male.  He is approximately 5’9″, 208 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with a gray deer graphic, blue jeans pants and black shoes.
