Congratulations to Dallas Police Lovefield K9 Officer Cesar on his retirement! A small party was held in his honor today, September 3, 2019 at the Dallas Police Lovefield Police Unit.  K9 Cesar has served with the department for 7 1/2 years and will be enjoying his retirement with his handler, Senior Corpral Juan Rangel.
