The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Shannon Perkins.

On September 12, 2019 at about 11:45 a.m., Ms. Perkins was last seen on foot in the 200 block of S. Ewing Ave. wearing a blue t-shirt and grey leggings with a white vertical stripe on the side. Ms. Perkins is described as a Black female, 32 years old, 5’04” tall, weighing 265 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and may be a danger to herself and others.
