On September 29, 2019, at approximately 8:15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to 11900 Leisure Drive in regards to an unconscious male in a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed that the victim, an unidentified black male, had been shot. Dallas Fire and Rescue arrived and pronounced the victim deceased. Homicide Detectives arrived and conducted a canvass of the area. Video surveillance showed that the victim arrived in the area around 5:00 a.m.
