The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a critical missing female.

On October 2, 2019, at about 9:00 a.m., Ms. Patricia Ruffin was last seen on foot, in the 4500 block of Crozier Street. Ms. Ruffin is a Black female, 64 years old. She is 5’3’’and weighs 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gold dress with brown flowers, gold sandals and a gold headscarf. Patricia Ruffin may be in need of assistance.
