Taking Drugs Off The Streets

The Dallas Police Department continues its ongoing efforts to keep Dallas safe and reduce crime.

On October 3, 2019, the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Creek Cove Drive. Narcotics detectives investigated the complaint of drugs being sold at this location. During the course of the investigation, it was confirmed that drugs were being sold out of this location. Detectives secured and executed a narcotics search warrant.  See the following results of their efforts:

  • 11.6g Cocaine (Rock)
  • 20.9g Cocaine (Powder)
  • 26.0g Marijuana
  • (1) Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun
  • (1) Remington 597 rifle, sawed off
  • $636.00 U.S. currency

On October 3, 2019, at 1:55 p.m., the Narcotics Unit responded to a complaint regarding drugs being sold at a location in the 200 block of Ezekial Avenue. With the assistance of uniformed officers assigned to the Narcotics Squad, narcotic detectives were able to execute a warrant and render the following results:

  • 2885g Marijuana
  • 538g Promethazine
  • .4g PCP
  • $2,000.00 in US Currency
  • 2 handguns
