UPDATE 10/20/2019 at 9:30 p.m.: Mr. Nelson has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Richard Allen Nelson, Jr.  On October 20, 2019, at about 3:50 p.m., Mr. Nelson was last seen at 15500 El Estado leaving in his silver 2013 Kia Optima, unknown license plate. Mr. Nelson may be a danger to himself or others.  

Mr. Nelson is described as a White male 32-years-old with brown hair and green eyes. He is 6’2” and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, gray t-shirt, blue jeans and gray shoes.
