The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Alexander Brien Carland. 

On November 06, 2019 at about 7:20 a.m., Mr. Carland was last known to be around 9500 Forest Lane, last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue jeans. Mr. Carland is described as a W/M/33, 5’08” tall, 200 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Mr. Carland may be driving an unknown vehicle and may be a danger to himself and others.
