The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person, Regina Elizabeth Hightower.

Regina Hightower was last seen on November 6, 2019 at about 12:30 a.m., in the 3300 block of Southern Oaks Boulevard. Regina is described as a 31-year-old, Black female with a black curly wig shoulder length with red highlights, and brown eyes.  She is 5’4” tall and weighs 228 pounds. Ms. Hightower was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. She may be a danger to herself and others.
