UPDATE 11/15/2019 at 12:20 a.m.: Mr. Rice has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person John Rice.  On November 14, 2019, at about 4:30 p.m., Mr. Rice wasn’t last seen in the 17400 block of Earthwind Drive.  Mr. Rice was last seen driving a black 2007 Lexus SC430 bearing license plate CWF9247.  Mr. Rice may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Rice is described as an 81-year-old White male with blonde eyes and hazel eyes.  He is 5’11” tall and weighs about 200 pounds.  Mr. Rice was last seen wearing a dark color polo with khaki color pants.
