On November 12, 2019, the Vice Unit executed a gambling search warrant at Mary’s Mart located at 11404 Shiloh Road, Suite 109. The Vice Unit received several complaints regarding illegal gambling at Mary’s Mart and launched an investigation. Undercover detectives were able to develop probable cause, complete a search warrant, and have it signed by a magistrate.  The Vice Unit executed the search warrant and seized a total of 12 gambling machines and $45.00 in US currency.

The Vice Unit will continue to investigate all citizen complaints regarding illegal gambling in an effort to  improve the quality of life for all the residents of Dallas.
