The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in a potential Invasive Visual Recording offense. 

On October 19, 2019, at 6:32 P.M., an unsuspecting female was shopping at the T.J. Maxx department store located at 14754 Preston Road when an unknown individual behind her leaned over and appeared to use a cell phone to photograph/videotape under her dress.

The unknown individual appeared to be a Middle Eastern or Hispanic male about 30-35 years old, approximately six feet tall, black hair with a full beard and wore a gray long sleeve, button down shirt, black colored pants, and black colored shoes. The unknown individual left the location in a black or similarly dark colored Nissan Frontier truck.
