On Saturday, November 30, 2019, at approximately 8:47 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a Health and Welfare Check call in the 2200 block of Gallatin Street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Marlon Dewayne Bell, a 44-year-old Black male, lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. This investigation is on-going, and no one is in custody.
