The deceased victim has been identified by the Dallas Co. Medical Examiner’s office as: Mohamed Abdi Mohamed B/M/ 22.

On Sunday, December 8, 2019, at approximately 1:36 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at the 24-Hour Store parking lot located at 8455 Park Lane.  Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified black male wearing a camouflage jacket lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in front of a trash dumpster.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced him deceased at the scene.  The victim did not have any identification card or identifiers on his body, therefore the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office will work to positively identify him. The investigation is ongoing, and no one is in custody.
