On December 9, 2019, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a passerby observed the body of the victim, Jacob Eubank, an 18-year-old white male, under a bridge at 4200 N. Westmoreland Road. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased from apparent homicidal violence. The Dallas Police Homicide Unit responded along with the Dallas County Medical Examiner.
