On December 3rd, 2019 an individual driving a White Ford tow truck stole a vehicle from 1110 S. Cesar Chavez Boulevard. It also appears that individuals in a black Ford Escape and a White Chevrolet Tahoe served as “look outs” and assisted in helping the wrecker driver enter the property to take the vehicle. At this time we believe this wrecker may have been used in additional offenses.
In the security footage, this wrecker appears to have no markings displayed.
- ALL tow trucks should have the company name, phone number, and address affixed to their truck, along with their TDLR identification number
- If a tow truck does not have any identifying markings on the truck, it is a violation, and should raise suspicion.
