On December 29, 2019, at approximately 1:35 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 1415 Whitley Drive.  Upon their arrival, they discovered the victim, Eduardo Ocampo-Mendez, a 26-year-old Latin male deceased in the front yard.  A second victim, whose identity is being withheld, was also shot multiple times.  The second victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.  Anyone with information regarding these offenses are encouraged to contact Detective Guy Curtis, #8341 at 214-671-3633 or guy.curtis@dallascityhall.com.  Please refer to case number 260213-2019.
