The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person, William Cummings.

On December 30, 2019 at about 9:30 a.m., Mr. Cummings was last seen traveling on foot using a walker in the 9300 block of Beck Avenue. He may be confused and in need of medical attention.

Mr. Cummings is described as a 80-year-old White male with gray hair and green eyes.  He is 5’07” and weighs about 155 pounds.  Mr. Cummings was last seen wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and a flannel shirt.
