Due to the recent events in the Middle East and Governor Greg Abbott’s warning about Texas seeing possibly thousands of cyberattacks on state agencies from Iran, the Dallas Police Department is closely monitoring and sharing intelligence information with local, state and federal partners to ensure the safety and security of the residents of Dallas.

There are no specific or credible threats to Dallas. If the department receives a credible threat through intelligence information, we will respond with additional resources as necessary.
