The Dallas Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a dark-colored Dodge sedan that was captured on video driving on Valentine Street around the time that Rory Norman was murdered on the morning of Sunday, January 5, 2020. The driver or occupants of this vehicle may have information that could aid in this investigation. The Dallas Police Department is asking for the Public’s assistance in the Homicide investigation of 1-year-old, Rory Norman.

On January 5, 2020 at approximately, at 3:37 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 2914 Valentine Street. Upon arrival, officers were directed to the hallway of the home where they found the victim, Rory Norman, a 1-year-old Black male, to be non-responsive with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers also found another victim, a 20-year-old Black male, lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and transported victim Norman to Children’s Hospital where he died from his injuries. The second victim was transported an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
