On January 15, 2020, at 8:15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 5014 S Hampton Road, the Hampton Terrace Apartments. Upon arrival, they made contact with the victim, Dominique White, a 28-year-old black male, who had suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported by Dallas Fire and Rescue to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Witnesses at the location described the suspect as a black male in his late 20’s, approximately 6’ 3” tall, and reported that he fled the location in a white older model 4-door Lexus.
