On January 23, 2020, at approximately 9:40 p.m. Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 100 block of South Tatum Avenue.  Upon arrival, the victim was found to be injured with a gunshot wound.  The victim stated that he and the known suspects had been involved in a verbal altercation.  The victim left the location in his vehicle and returned a short time later.  The victim returned to the location and became involved in a minor traffic accident with the suspects.  The suspects produced weapons and fired at the victim.  The victim drove a block away and called 911.  The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.  One suspect was located on scene and the second was taken into custody a short time later.  The suspects were transported to Jack Evans Police Headquarters – CAPERS and were later charge with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  The offense is documented on case number 015544-2020.

The arrested suspects are:

• Destin C. Bailey – White male 19 years old
• Christian L. Mireles – White male 17 years old
