On January 25, 2020, at about 9:15 p.m., Mr. Guillen, was last seen in the 2600 block of Gross Road traveling via bicycle. Mr. Guillen may be a danger to himself. He is described as a 26-year-old White male, 145 lbs, 5’07, with brown eyes and black hair. Mr. Guillen was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.  Persons with information are asked to call the Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
