The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. Maximino Gaytan Velis was last seen on February 16, 2020, at about 11:27 p.m. in the 3800 block of Vandervort Drive driving a Black colored 2016 Ford 4 door sedan with Colorado LP #OJE279. It is unknown what Mr. Velis was wearing. Mr. Velis could be a danger to himself and others. 

He is described as a 38-year-old Latin male. He weighs 200 pounds, is 5’07”, with brown eyes, and black hair. If you see this person please contact 9-1-1 or the Dallas Police Department at (214) 671-4268.
