The Dallas Police Department arrested David Mckinney, a 27-year-old black male, Shane Wright, a 29-year-old black male, and Synthia Franklin, a 26-year-old black female, for the capital murder of Hosia Abdallah that occurred at 12610 Jupiter Road on February 19, 2020. All three suspects were transported to Dallas Police Headquarters and interviewed by a detective with the Homicide Unit. They were all subsequently transported to Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with capital murder, a capital felony. Their bonds will be determined by a Dallas County Magistrate.

On February 19, 2020, at approximately 10:51 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting at 12610 Jupiter Road. Officers discovered the victim, Hosia Abdallah Jr., a 26-year-old Black male deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.
