The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Estanisalo Garza

On March 06, 2020 at about 2:00 p.m., Mr. Garza was last seen on foot at the 2200 block of Andrews Street wearing a dark colored shirt, dark blue pants, eye glasses and a baseball cap. Mr. Garza is described as a Latin male, 80 years old, 5’00” tall, 130 pounds with white hair, and brown eyes and may be confused or in need of assistance.
