On Friday, March 6, 2020, at approximately 2:41 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the CityScape Apartments located at 6466 Ridgecrest Road.  Upon arrival, officers observed the front door kicked in and found the victim, Emilio Andrew Paez, a 22-year old Latin male, lying on the kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported to the victim to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.  This is an ongoing investigation with no suspects in custody.
