On Saturday, March 7, 2020, at approximately 2:11 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the Montecito Creek Apartments located at 9596 Wickersham Road.  Upon arrival, officers observed the unidentified victim, a black male, lying on the floor in front of an apartment with a single gunshot wound to the head.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the unidentified victim deceased at the scene.  Officers located two additional shooting victims near the scene, and they were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Since the unidentified victim did not have an identification card on his person, the Dallas Co. Medical Examiner’s office will continue to work to positively identify him.  This investigation is on-going with no one in custody.
