On March 14, 2020, a vehicle was traveling north on 2600 Matilda Street and collided with a scooter that Julio Delgadillo a 28-year-old victim was riding.  The victim died due to injuries he sustained in the collision.  The suspected driver of the vehicle committed the offense of leaving the scene of an accident in which a death occurred.
