The Dallas Police Department is seeking the Public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person John Louis Hester. Mr. Hester was last seen on March 25, 2020, at about 2:00 p.m., walking in the 2600 block of E. Illinois Avenue. He may be confused and require assistance.

Mr. Hester is described as an 81-year-old Black male with brown eyes and gray hair. He stands about 5’06” tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. Mr. Hester was last seen wearing a dark-colored gray shirt, blue jeans, turquoise/blue/white shoes.
