The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Royal Burns.
On April 01, 2020, at about 10:30 a.m., Mr. Burns was last seen, on foot, in the 2700 block of E. Illinois Avenue, wearing blue jeans, brown leather jacket, black tennis shoes and a tan hat. Mr. Burns is described at a B/M/81, 5’11” tall, weighing 194 pounds, with grey hair, brown eyes, and may be in need of assistance.
