The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Glynn Tipton. Mr. Tipton was last seen on April 7, 2020, at about 8:40 p.m., on foot in the 500 block of E. Ann Arbor Avenue. He may appear confused and in need of assistance. 

Mr. Tipton is described as a White male 67-years-old with grey hair and hazel eyes. He is about 5’10” and weighs about 177 pounds. Mr. Tipton was last seen wearing a blue shirt and tan pants.
