The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Felix Saul Arvalo. Felix Arvalo was last seen walking on April 16, 2020, at about 6:50 p.m., in the 3100 block of Garapan Drive. He may be a danger to himself or others.

Mr. Arvalo is described as a 16-year-old Latin male with brown eyes and black hair. He stands about 5’04” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Mr. Arvalo was last seen wearing glasses, navy blue t-shirt (Construction Vazquez on back in white letters), black pajama pants with white polo logo all over them and black shoes with white stripes.
