Original Post: The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. 

On April 23, 2020, at about 1:00 a.m., Mr. Espinoza was possibly driving a black Pontiac GTO vehicle last seen at 1700 John West Rd. Dallas, TX. Mr. Espinoza may be a danger to himself or others. 

Mr. Espinoza is described as a 23-year-old Latin male. He is 5’6″, weighs 177 lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes.
