The Vice Unit received complaints regarding illegal gambling occurring at the Brother’s Tabacco located at 2231 W. Ledbetter Drive. During the course of the investigation, undercover detectives were able to develop probable cause and have a search warrant completed and signed by a magistrate. The SWAT Team executed the search warrant and the Vice Unit seized a total of 28 gambling machines, a handgun, and $295.00 cash.
