Be sure and watch the Dallas Police Department’s Memorial Ceremony online Friday, May 15, 2020, starting at 12 p.m. on the department’s Facebook and Twitter pages as well as the blog. This event recognizes four DPD officers and one DART officer killed in an ambush as well as all Dallas police and officers from around the country who gave their lives while in the line of duty. The ceremony is in conjunction with National Police Week and Peace Officers Memorial Day which is Friday. We must never forget.
