On May 15, 2020, at approximately 6:27 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting at 9199 Bruton Road.  Upon their arrival, they discovered two victims; Jason Baez, a 17-year-old Latin male, and Cristian Marmolejo, a 21-year-old Latin male deceased in the parking lot from apparent gunshot wounds.  Through the course of the investigation and video surveillance evidence, it was determined that Luis Gonzalez-Muniz, a 20-year-old Latin male; Jose Garcia, an 18-year-old Latin male; Christopher Avila, a 21-year-old Latin male; Dunia Figueroa, an 18-year-old Latin female, and Laysha Garcia, a 19-year-old Latin female were involved in their murders.  They were all transported to Dallas Police Headquarters to speak with detectives.  All suspects were booked into jail and charged with capital murder.  Their bonds will be set by a magistrate.
