Today, the Dallas Police Department responded to a domestic violence call. The outcome ended tragically when a mother decided to kill her young daughter before turning the gun on herself. Domestic violence is real and DPD is seeing an uptick for a myriad of reasons. However, no situation is too dire that it has to end tragically.
