The Dallas Police Department will conduct a No Refusal DWI Initiative for Memorial Day Celebrations beginning 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2020, and will conclude 6:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2020. 

During this initiative, which occurs year-round, officers will secure a search warrant for a blood sample from all persons arrested for DWI who refuse to voluntarily give a breath and/or blood sample.
