The Dallas Police Department is seeking the Public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Horace Wise.

Horace Wise was last seen on May 21, 2020, at about 4:30 p.m., in the 3400 block of Burnside Avenue. He may be confused and require assistance.

Mr. Wise is described as an 86-year-old black male with brown eyes and gray hair. He stands about 5’07” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Mr. Wise was last seen wearing a white shirt and unknown color pants.
