On June 8, 2020, at around 9:30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to the 2300 block of Engle Avenue regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Gabriel Ortiz Soto, a 37-year-old Latin male, unresponsive in his residence with injuries consistent with homicidal violence. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased.
