On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at approximately 8:54 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the Forest Cove Apartments located at 9600 Forest Lane.  Upon the officers’ arrival, they observed the victim, Felton Isiah Jackson, a 22-year old black male, in the front passenger seat of a vehicle with a single gunshot wound to the head.  Officers immediately removed the victim from the vehicle and provided medical aid.  Dallas Fire paramedic responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
