The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Prescott Hogquist. On July 3, 2020, at about 12:00 p.m., Mr. Hogquist was last seen walking in the 3400 block of Kingbridge Street. Mr. Hogquist suffers from Dementia and may be in need of assistance.

Mr. Hogquist is described as a White male 70-years-old with gray hair and blue eyes. He is about 5’8” tall and weighs about 185 pounds. Mr. Hogquist was last seen wearing a red shirt and khaki pants.
