The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Humberto Pineda

On July 05, 2020 at about 12:00 p.m., Mr. Pineda was last known to be on foot in the 13700 block of Goldmark Drive. Mr. Pineda is described as a Latin male, 81 years old, 5’00” tall, weighs 120 pounds, white hair, brown eyes and may be confused and require assistance.
