Through their investigation, Homicide Detectives determined that suspect one,  Anthony Renee Flores, who is an 18-yr old Latin male, and suspect two, Steve Mendoza, who is a 20 yr old Latin male were arrested for this Murder. They were both no billed by the Dallas County Grand Jury. A third suspect who is a 14-year-old juvenile suspect was also arrested.

On July 15, 2020, at approximately 3:16 p.m., Dallas police responded to a call regarding a male on the ground at 2700 Texas Drive.  Upon the officer’s arrival, they discovered a 14-year-old Latin male suffering from a gunshot wound.  He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.  Anyone with information regarding this murder is encouraged to contact Detective Gross, #9896 at 469-792-5142 at theodore.gross@dallascityhall.com.
