On August 1, 2020, at about 6:46 a.m., the suspect was running after a shooting at 8320 Park Lane, where the complainant was shot and killed. Video surveillance showed the suspect with a gun under his shirt in his waistband. The suspect is seen talking to the witness about the shooting.
