On August 3, 2020, at approximately 9:00 a.m., at the Discount Foods, located at 3627 Bonnie View Rd. An unknown suspect attempted to pass off a counterfeit bill. When confronted by the clerk, the unknown suspect assaulted the clerk and took money from the cash drawer, then fled on foot.
